If you are a CURRENT student at HHS or graduated last year (2026), we can fulfill your request.

If you graduated more than a year ago, follow this link on how to get your transcripts EPS - STUDENT RECORDS.

If you need a transcript, please follow the instructions below and include a copy of your photo ID.

Email your request to:  registrar_heritage@evergreenps.org

Please include the following information:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Graduation Year

• Reason for Request

If you would like your transcript sent to a college, university, or trade school, please also provide:

• Name of the Institution

• Email Address

• Name of the Person or Department Receiving the Transcript

Students Transferring to Another High School: If you are transferring to another high school, please contact Mrs. Bird in the Registrar's Office for assistance.
